Malaunah Jones
MSW Intern
Malaunah is a Master of Social Work intern providing both virtual support and in-person support for clients in Wilmington, NC. She works with older adolescents and young adults as they navigate life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. She strives to create a culturally compassionate and reflective space where clients can explore emotions, strengthen spiritual awareness, and build coping skills, resilience, and self-confidence. Her approach is grounded in both academic training and lived experience, and she brings balance, creativity, and a supportive presence into my practice. Her goal is to ensure that every client feels heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

Dr. Josalin Hunter
Founder and Licensed Clinical Therapist
Dr. Hunter is a licensed clinical therapist providing care to women, teens/young adults, couples, and folx of color. She provides therapy both virtually and in-person and supports clients in navigating life, rebuilding confidence, moving through adverse experiences- past or present, and re-discovering joy. Her strengths are helping clients with stress, trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges- and she is trained in CBT, DBT, MBCT, Gottman, IFS, & Brainspotting. Therapy with her is a safe, affirming space to heal, unlearn old patterns, and reconnect with your authentic self—one compassionate step at a time. In addition to therapy, Dr. Hunter is equipped to provide diagnostic assessments, mental health education and training, and clinical supervision.

Elbia Curiel
Licensed Clinical Therapist
Elbia is a bi-lingual therapist (English and Spanish) who offers a supportive, culturally sensitive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Elbia believes in meeting people where they are and working collaboratively to foster growth and healing. She is trained in CBT, Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), the Gottman Method, CBT-I, and Motivational Interviewing. She enjoys working with individuals navigating life transitions, self-discovery, anxiety, trauma, and eating disorders, and she is passionate about helping clients build insight, resilience, and confidence as they move toward meaningful change
